To become a Friend of the Family, certain requirements must be fulfilled based on the organization type.

For Gaming Teams and Clans

Requirements

A link or banner located somewhere on your site or forums to our website
A place to put major announcements regarding the Family's events and activities (either forums or website)

Benefits
===
A link or banner posted somewhere on our website or forums
Activity on your teams forums or IRC channel from our members.
Forum section for announcements regarding your team's/clan's events
Access to a Friends of the Family and Family only Forum section

For Gaming Organizations

Requirements
===
Regular Activity by at least 1 member on our forums or in our IRC Channel, #thefamily
A link or banner located somewhere on your site or forums to our website
A place to put major announcements regarding the Family's events and activities (either forums or website)

Benefits

A link or banner posted somewhere on our website or forums
Activity on your forums or IRC channel from our members.
Forum section for announcements regarding articles, promotions, etc.
Access to a Friends of the Family and Family only Forum section
Articles placed on our main page from your organization's authors.
Contributing materials / articles for your organization's website

For Non-Gaming Organizations

We would also be happy to attend any live events hosted by Friends of the Family if possible. Likewise, we would also like to invite any Friends to our own live events we plan to host in the future. And if interested, we would love to help co-host live events throughout the United States.
